Top 5 Cryptocurrency Apps on iOS in Germany Q4 2023

During the fourth quarter of 2023, the top five cryptocurrency apps on iOS in Germany showcased notable trends in downloads and weekly active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Coinbase: Buy Bitcoin & Ether had a dynamic quarter, with downloads starting at 2K in late September and peaking at 12K in the final week of December. Weekly active users saw a similar upward trend, beginning at approximately 23K and reaching over 42K by the end of the quarter.

Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto also experienced growth in both downloads and active users. Downloads increased from around 2.5K in late September to 5.4K by the end of December. Weekly active users started at 57K and peaked at nearly 78K in early December, before ending the quarter at 72K.

Bitpanda: Kaufe BTC & Krypto saw a steady rise in downloads, starting at 1.5K and reaching 4.2K by mid-December, before slightly dropping to 3.7K at the end of the quarter. Weekly active users increased significantly from 33K at the beginning of the quarter to over 52K by mid-December, closing the quarter at 51K.

Bitget- Trade bitcoin & crypto had a consistent increase in downloads, starting at 1.6K in late September and peaking at 4.3K in mid-December. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, beginning at 10.5K and peaking at 19.2K in mid-December, with a slight dip to 18.4K by the end of the quarter.

Coinbase Wallet: NFTs & Crypto also showed positive trends in downloads and active users. Downloads increased from just over 1K in late September to 2.6K by the end of December. Weekly active users grew from 15.5K to over 18K during the same period.
